A Pleasant Stay for Business in Launceston
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the City Park Grand Hotel in Launceston while on a business trip, chosen by my director. the location offered a charming view of the surrounding parklands. The check-in was seamless, and the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. My room was spacious and well-equipped, allowing me to comfortably prepare for meetings. One of the highlights of my stay was the well-maintained facilities, which included a cozy lounge area perfect for unwinding after a long day. I also appreciated the easy access to local dining options, making it convenient to explore the culinary scene in Launceston.
The shower area was a bit cramped.

Had a lovely stay! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The location is perfect for exploring, and the spacious bathroom was a highlight. Just a couple of minor hiccups with the room service, but overall, a pleasant experience that I'd recommend to others.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the shops. The room was cozy and clean, though the bathroom could use more space. Breakfast was a bit hit-or-miss, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking was a bonus overall!

as soon as you opened the door to the room, you could only have been impressed. The staff upon arrival were very informative and helpfull. The restuarant was very good, shame more people dont use it.
We first had room 26, very noisy with road traffic and public walking past. On our return we had room 54 in the stables area, not so noisy but still could hear people from outside.

The restaurant here was top-notch which offers breakfast and dinner, we both ordered hot dishes. There was a luxury bathroom with a great shower and double sinks. Besides, the location was particularly good and fab for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Art Gallery.

The location offered a quiet retreat despite being in the heart of the city.
The bathroom facilities were limited, with only two tubes of toiletries provided for our family room. The lack of breakfast options was disappointing, as the nearby cafes were sparse and hard to locate.

The staff were super efficient, friendly and made you feel at home. The room was great!!! Loved the little luxuries, eg. emery board, sewing kit, toothbrush with toothpaste, etc. It was also great to find extra towels under the bathroom sink as they always come in handy - especially when washing your hair!! The restaurant was lovely, the wait staff really professional. Altogether, each of these attributes helped make our stay a delightful and pleasant one - would definitely recommend this hotel!
